A female reader, anonymous, writes (24 April 2011):

if you feel uncomfortable about it then you need to sit down and list out the reason why you feel uncomfortable. with these reasons think over in your mind if it logical or illogical. after that list the pros and cons of him working in a strip club (is it good money offers time for you and him, does it offer benifits? etc) and after all that just talk with him one on one...

But hon, I have a boyfriend who used to work with a strip club. They are the nicest girls there (if your not competing with their source of income) and if you really feel like you wish to see that you have nothing to worry about why not go with him to work one day. (pop in and drop off some food, just to say hi, etc)

Well, good luck with talking with him about your concerns and don't worry about the women working
