writes:Am in a long distance relationship, my boyfriend and i are best of friends, but this weekend (ie this last one) he travelled for a party, and i wasnt able to communicate well with him @ all. he sent a txt of his arrival to where the party is holding and that he was very busy. When i finally got the chance to speak with him sunday night (i called) and asked why he hasnt been communicable, but he picked it up and said obviously i know he'll be busy. when i tried bringing up conversations, his replies were cold to me, and so i ended the call and then he called to check on me today (monday) morning and night, and i also sounded cold.So am confused. how do i handle this ie the present situation? he could be nonchallant @ times (and this isnt cause we dont see each other).Thanks.

 Hi, the only way you are going to find out is by having a heart to heart talk. Its hard to tell from what you have written as it appears that although he appeared distant when he was in town, he does care by contacting you the next day.
Also understand that LDR are very difficult and sometimes cannot withstand the distant apart.
Talk to him and understand what you both want and if yourll are better off friends and see later where the future takes yourll.
