First things first: is this every single time you have sex, or occasionally? Because if this is an occasional thing, I would say there's no problems. Dressing up can be fun - wigs can spice things up and masks... um, I guess if you're into that kind of thing. Sounds like he's kinky.
But, if he's having you wear a mask every single time and he does things like... not look you in the eye, or kiss you, or offer YOU some personal attention, then I think there may be reason to ask him what's going on.
