Hi there

I am 27 years old and my husband's 31. He keeps on taking photos of me shaving my legs in the morning or getting dressed in the morning, and then shows them off to his friends in work (sometimes via e-mail, I've heard!).

I've tried talking to him, but he just laughs about the situation and insists I'm being "not much fun".

I could divorce him but he's never done anything like this before. I've tried to deal with it as best as I can but he just finds the whole thing one big joke. I could take revenge on him, but that would be childish - and stupid too.

What should I do?

Joanne

Why are you accepting him telling you you're "not much fun"? Do you honestly think that's a valid response?

Stand up for yourself. Has he always walked all over you this way? No wonder he thinks he can get away with it.

Okay, first off, do you have a lock on your bathroom door or anything, before doing anything drastic just simply have some time to yourself in the morning. No matter if he is your husband or not, this is an invasion of your privacy, and he needs to repect that. Explain to him again that you don't feel comfortable with what he is doing, and if he doesn't stop, threaten to take further action.

What makes it worse is that he is showing them to his work friends, why not play him at his own game, get a few photo's of him doing something and tell him that you will show people if he doesn't stop. You have to do something about this, as he is invading your privacy, and if your not careful it will esculate pretty quickly into something else... whatever you decide to do, stick to your guns and don't let him get away with anything!

Good luck xxx
