 The reason why he doesn't have feelings for you anymore is probably because you guys don't speak the same love language. His love is not nourished.
Some feel love when their partner tell them they love them. Some is by doing something special together etc.
Some couple know that already and yet they aren't willing to read a 200 book that would help them put their relationship on tracks.
I know one of those books.
