Ooops. You rather walked into that one. Remember from now that the answer to that question is always "Yes, of course I would."
As for now, it's case of gently telling her that you screwed up big time and you're really sorry and will do whatever it takes to make it up to her. If she still doesn't respond, give her a few more days then try again. After that, it's up to her to open up.

 haha, i done something similar once, after 2 days of him not speaking to me, told him i would do anything to prove to him that i was just being a twat, and said a stupid joke, and what could i do to make it up to him. He took me to the pub, but i had to strip off and just wear my coat over my nakedness.
You could go round, tell her you dont fancy Belgium, and what could you do to make it up to her, if she has an evil sense of humour, She'll think of something, but if you've tried this already, and she still aint talking to ya, then you have to come up with someone nice, push the boat out, woo her, dine her, do whatever it takes to show her your just a twat sometimes.
