Ask her why she feels that way. She has very low self esteem if she thinks that. You need to find out why she feels that way and really listen to her. Maybe she has been hurt in the past by someone, or bullied. Or maybe she's just never felt much self worth. You need to talk to her and really find out why she feels that way. Then you can start to help her build her trust and confidence up again.
