 There's really no rules. Once your lips touch, it just comes naturally. Be gentle, and if she feels uncomfortable, don't pester her. Be respectful of her.

1stly u should try getting close to her within kissing range would'be an advantage.then u should look into her eyes 4 a couple of seconds then lean in slowlly,if she backs away then u should get even closer.
bear in mind u should hold her hand or her waist while doing this,so that she doesn't run.if she does run then that means she thinks there's sumthing wrong with u.thats when yul need to talk to her and ask her what her problem is actually.in short if she doesn't back away when u lean in that means she wants to kiss u but she's to shy to do it.
