And I don't think its a good idea as we go their each week and she may get caught.She has stolen a number of glasses from pubs with her friend not long ago...And I now I sound boring but im not lol...  Many people take ashtrays and glasses from various places that they visit. But you state that she takes the pint glasses from the same place time and time again. If she just wants the glasses to make a set, you could visit the supply place where the bar gets their glasses from and buy them for your gf. If she still insists on taking the bar's glasses....she might have a problem that might need professional help!!
If caught stealing the glasses, she could face a charge like you get for shop-lifting, and then be barred (no pun intended) from the bar!!

 What a funny situation!! Ha ha, but I totally connect. I used to steal the Coca-Cola glasses they had at Denny's. Me and my cousin thought they were such great glasses!
Anyhow, the best you can do is tell her that you're worried shes going to get caught. Tell her that if she gets busted, it's her butt. If she knows the potential consequences, I guess it's pretty much her decision...
You could turn her in to the bar, but I doubt that as her boyfriend you'd want to do that.
Just give her a fair warning, and tell her that if/when the cops ask you who stole the pint glasses, you'll point the finger of blame right at her.
Ha ha... if she ever does get busted, she'll most definitely learn her lesson and quit stealing for good. Then you'll have a good story to tell your grandkids.
