 Perhaps she is very insecure about her body, she could have something on her body (a scar, birthmark etc) which she is embaressed to show you.
I wouldn't think this would be anything to do with you, other than the fact she is scared of what you might think of her if you saw her slightly deformed boob for example - of course being the respectable guy you are, you'll love her for who she is.
What you need to do is try and build her self-confidence around you, try and slip clothes off while the lights are out.. and its dark - then those insecurities are less. If she still refuses, respect her wishes and talk about why she doesn't want to.
Be sensitive, girls/women are very aware of their bodies - so be gentle with your comments and ask calmly why she doesn't feel comfortable with showing you her body. Make her feel that she can easily answer your questions, and you are not interrogating her - just sit down and talk.
Its the best thing you can do.
