 He may have wedding jitters. But if he really is being truthful about not trusting you I would suggest not getting married just yet and trying to sort this out. Trust is a major factor in a relationship, and can destroy one if it isn't there. Ask your guy why he desn't trust you.

 A relationship/marriage is built on trust, and if you do not have trust from the start then it is doomed to fail.
Without knowing anything about your situation here and just going by what you have said here i would say he is having serious doubts about getting married to you.
What has happened to make him not believe a word you say?.
