writes:hii'm 16 and i've been in a relationship for a year,i have sort of coldness in my feelings toward him because i'm a romantic girl, and he's not that good at flirting, and our phone calls are becoming less and less because of his study and some parents' issues, i used to cry when i miss him, but now i don't and i don't feel that i miss him that much, yesterday he told me that he misses me so much and he can't wait to see me or to hear my voice again and that he has been dreaming about me, so i don't know how to express to him this feelings' situation i'm facing and i'm afraid of hurting him too, and i really don't know what to do, and if this is the right relationship to me!!!! please give me answers and suggestions

Tell him the truth...and...should he decide that it is in best interest for him to move on, be happy for him.
You never know...he too might be struggling with the same decrease in attraction for you.
