Unless you have signed your parental rights away, what he is doing is not legal. Unfortunately the only thing that you are going to be able to do is get the legal system involved. Unfortunately it can be expensive but it is really your only option.Good Luck!!

Is there any way you could hire a Private Detective to find her? Other than that, I can only think that a lawyer will be able to help.
