A female reader, Lilly223 United States +, writes (15 January 2007):

Lilly223 agony auntI seriously doubt that he has changed in two short weeks. It sonds to me like he broke up to you so he could "cheat" and not have a guilty conscious. I'd tell this guy to take a hike... you are headed for more confusion and hurt if you remain in this. Go find a guy that can be honest with you, and isn't going to manipulate your relationship to suit his own selfish wants.

A reader, anonymous, writes (15 January 2007):

He won't have changed in such a short time and most people never do change. Are you sure you want to go through the pain and misery of being lied to . I don't think you should go back to him no matter what he says. Move on and find someone else who you so rightly deserve.

Take care
