writes:I'm really confused:( My ex finished with me last month and I cut off all contact because I heard it was the best thing to do if I really wanted him back. Last week he initiated contact with me again and was telling me he loved me, missed me, etc and he was saying that he wanted to ''talk to me about something''. I was completely taken aback and although he was texting me every day and asking me to meet up with him, I avoided any questions or comments to do with our relationship. Not because I don't love him, because I really do and I miss him like crazy, but because I was in shock that he had contacted me. Now he has backed off and I don't know what to make of it. Please help:( I've initiated contact this week but he has backed off a lot compared to last week and I don't know what to do or to think!

I think you should just text him saying you have been worried about getting hurt thats why you avoided it. But stay strong dont give in tell him that u have had allot to think about and needed space if he wants to talk then let u know then break all contact until he contacts you that u must stick to it if he doesnt then it was for the best you would just have got hurt again. Just make sure he knows that your getting on fine without him I know its hard but its the best way to get his attention. Good luck
