 after every relationship everyone loses a bit of confidence but you will regain it! why not go out with the lads on a night out on the town, and watch what is going out around you, you will be able to see what men are doing right and wrong when approaching a girl and you can get a few tips there! talk to your mates they will help you! and its always good to be a little shy as it attracts more girls! just dont rush into doing anything your not comfortable with as this can make you feel worse!!!goood luck x
