 Tell him to bugger off! As Honeygirl says he is completely emotionally manipulating you, you should tell him if he loves you then he will respect your decision to not go... play him at his own game see how he likes that, nobody who properly cares for you should force you to do anything you dont want to do

 Sorry, but when you hear the words.. "If you loved me you would...." Huge red flag. This guy using emotional blackmail to get what he wants.You obviously are uncomfortable with what he is suggesting, so DONT DO IT. If he dumps you well then you know that he didnt respect you and you certainly do deserve better!

You could very well go right back and say, "If you loved me, then it wouldn't matter if I stayed with you or not." Him playing games like that isn't very good. I am sure he does want sex but he may also just want you there with him. Playing the whole "if you loved me" thing is very immature of him and means he isn't very considerate of your feelings. Guilt tripping you into something is just plain wrong. If you really don't want to go, then don't. If he loves you he won't end the relationship on something as trivial as that. Let him know why though. Don't simply refuse and have him guessing. If you think what he is doing to get you to go is wrong, then tell him that. All I can say is, this relationship won't last if he keeps playing games and doesn't have enough love for you to accept any decision you make on subjects such as that. I hope I helped. Good luck~FGC
