There are many guys like that nowadays.
It's hard not finding a friend or coworker that sends you unrequested naked girl pics.
That doesn't means that he doesn't loves you though, he is just more openly pervy than most dudes. We men are very pervy, regardless of how we may look like on the outside.

reader, anonymous, writes (2 August 2017): If you and he are in a serious relationship why does he have photos of naked women on his phone? That in itself would bother me, but to each his own. Eye candy or not, It's disrespectful for men in relationships to have, flaunt or send nude photos of other women. The same would apply to women and I doubt he would like you doing the same with nude pics of men.
