Your hands aren't the only parts of your anatomy that you can use to rub it in.  If you have the time, you might want to go to your local bookstore and check out some of the books that are available on this subject. I remember seeing a book that was filled with pages that you tear out. Half of the book was for the woman to tear out and read, the other was for the man.
