Morning after pill didn't work?? Pregnancy?

A female United Kingdom age 30-35, *mieeee writes:

Me and my bf had unprotected sex about 2 and a half weeks ago (very silly, I know) so the next morning (within 13 hours) i had taken the Morning After Pill. Two weeks after I had taken it, my period was due, and I was confident that the pill would work seeing as I took it soon after the intercourse. However, it has now been 10 days since my due date and I have still not come on. I had extremely slight spotting and a stomach ache that felt like period pain yesterday but nothing today. I am very very very very very worried and paranoid as to whether I've become pregnant or not. My mum is also starting to get worried for my health as my periods are usually very regular, however being 17 I do not want her to know. How long should I wait before doing a pregnancy test, and if it's positive where do I go for an abortion?
