Anyway he does no that i like him because i have told him. When he knew that it was me he responded it to my hey with hi. But when he dnt have my number (his phone broke)he said hey back... Does this mean anything at all or is it just me being too analyzing??

I think you are trying to over analyse this.
"Hi" is maybe a little more friendly, while "hey" could be a bit more general (as would be expected if he didn't know who it was!), but many people use them both equally without giving it any thought.
