 Yes, I imagine something may well be very wrong. If you have torn the tissue in your anal passage to the degree it sounds you have, then you most likely need medical attention , and in a worst case scenario - possibly sugical repair.
I advise you get yourself checked out by a doctor, and then don't go having anal sex with a guy who it seems could not possibly have been looking out for your welfare during it to have caused that degree of damage/blood loss.
