Just found out my Marine BF is being sent to Iraq in 2 days!! I don't know what to do. Please help.

I just got told today my bf is signed up for the marines, we have been together nearly 3 years and he hasnt told me thats this is what he has been thinking of doing. I am trying to be supportive but all i can think about is i will harldy see him and how much i will miss him and what if something happens to him.

I dont know what to do, i feel so depressed and i cant stop crying.

Please help me.

well first, I would support your boyfriend. It's probably hard for him leaving too. You should be honoured, think about it like this, he's not fighting for the Marines, he's fighting for you - his girl. Feel better?

Act normally around him and try not to cry when he leaves, this may make him feel guilty. All you can do is be supportive and hope he comes home safely, which I'm sure he will.
