I mean one such friend takes long hard looks at girls breasts right in their faces and will wink at them and lick his lips and everything.
I mean it's almost embarrassing. We can be walking down the road and a girl with a low cut top is passing us, he'll give her huge smile and stare at her tits and let out a "mmm lookin' good!" and keep staring as she's passing then turn fully around to get a nice long look at her ass.
He'll go out of his way to make sure everyone around him knows that he checking her out.
I asked him why and he said it's just how they appreciate women where he comes from, how else are they supposed to know they're beautiful if you don't show them that you want them? How else are they supposed to know you want a piece of that ass?
I do understand what he means though OP, most of those girls usually give him a smile and it's pretty obvious that even the ones that give him a strange look appreciate the compliment. Look where your guy is from that's how they let girls know they've got the "wow" factor. If he was actually a perv OP, you'd never see him doing that, he'd be sneaky and sly about it. It doesn't mean he likes you either though, it just means you're a woman he thinks is a good-looking woman.

Ehhh kind of a grey area. Could be that he's just really into you and isn't good with showing it in a non-creepy way. I'd keep my guards up for a bit tho, as that is pretty weird behavior. Ask him about it if you think he's attractive. It might just turn out that he wants to sleep with you. It could go any way
