I have know this guy for 13 years and we both know we are ment to be but I had to move away when I was young....he comes to visit me and we talk all the time we are best friends....the thing is I am dating someone and he wants to buy me a house and move to the state I live in. I have not told the guy that I am dating about this and him. I also haven't told my the guy that wants to move here for me that I am dating someone what do I do??

You said you're meant to be with this guy - what more do you need to know? The only thing you can do is be honest with your current partner and tell him that there's someone else and you don't want to be with him anymore. It'll hurt but ultimately it's the best thing for both of you - better he finds out now than after making some kind of major investment like moving state or buying a house together. Now that would be unfair. Hopefully then you can get on with your life with the original guy.
