I want to know what I can to tighten my jiggly thighs. Besides excercise, is there anything that i can do or use to tone them. I hate the fact that my inner thighs rub together it is so annoying and uncomfortable i can't stand it. Any advice, remedy, cure anything, please help me.

overall weight loss is number one. Although studies are now coming out and saying that there is such a thing as spot reduction, I think it is more that you can tone an area more than anything. Eating a clean diet, lean proteins, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats - stay clear of sugars (and remember that everything eventually turns into sugar). Look into the GI index. Weight training is exceptional for toning and will revv up your metabolism. Squats (all forms), lunges, deadlifts, step ups. And yes, I agree, hit the hills or the stairs. If you don't have any around, find a gym with a treadmill and throw it on an incline (do some interval training). Find a gauntlet/stepmill (otherwise known as rotating stairs) - FABULOUS workout and will get rid of added weight and help tone as they are like stairs. Your diet is 80-90% of your battle! Keep a diary of what you are eating, see what is working and what is not. And remember, we all want immediate gratification, it did not come on overnight, it will not come off overnight. I wish you all the best!

katatonik agony auntSorry to say, there is no "miracle cure" for this sort of thing. A healthy diet and regular exercise should help, and it won't take you all that long to see results if you are diligent about it. Try running or squats (make sure you stretch out first...)
