 Yep you can do it without a break but just to warn you next time you have your next period it can be heavier then usual.

reader, anonymous, writes (24 November 2007): It is always best to consult your doctor about any medication however as far as I am aware many people do string their packs together to delay their period, you must obviously not do this every month as it is unatural.
