How did they come and how can I get rid of them?they're on most parts of my body like my arms and legs and i can't wear sleeve-less t-shirts because they will show :( it's really embarassing!please tell me how to get rid of them!they're also on my stomach and the back of the bottom parts of my legs! it's worrying me a little.

Take a look at this website http://www.bio-oil.info/en/home - you can't get rid of them completely, but you can make them almost invisible by using Bio Oil.

 You can't get rid of stretch marks. Once you've got them they're here to stay. However, they do fade over time from ugly red marks to faint silver lines. This will happen quicker if you moisturise the skin or rub olive oil into them regularly. They're nothing to worry about, just your body's reaction to gaining or losing weight quickly.
