However he was prepared to have sex with me-as he kept dropping hints-well do many men have sex without kissing?I would have thought that was part of it all? Am I so wrong in wanting a bit of kissing also?

 There's a scene in the film 'Pretty Woman' where Julia Roberts is about to have sex with Richard Gere and she tells him she will do anything except kiss him on the lips. At this stage she is a prostitute and he is her client.
It's not until they fall in love that they kiss on the lips.
Sex without kissing is like gin without tonic (and lots of other great pairings that escape me!). In some ways, as Julia Roberts showed, it is more intimate than the act of sex itself.
I cannot imagine having sex without kissing, it would seem so empty. Kissing is wonderful! Please don't sleep with this man!
