my sister-in-law married her first love, congratulations. i don't think it's anything to worry about. my wife and i go through that too now and then, and i think it's just a reminder of why you're together.

Anna_McVann agony auntThat is amazing! To have met at 13 and still be together, I am truly and utmost envious.

What I think of this, is perhaps you're subconsciously(God I know I butchered that word) happy to still be together and it just might be the side affects of that thought.

That's just my humble opinion.

In solitary,

Anna

I think it is because you got engaged, and it's a feeling you've never experienced before (being engaged) Don't worry, the excitement of it will fade.

I agree with Kenny, what a wonderful feeling it must be after six years still feeling for each other in such a loving way, you must love each other very much, how lucky your bf is to have you and how happy you must feel going through the same feelings again, congrats on your engagement.

A male reader, kenny United Kingdom + , writes (17 October 2007):

kenny agony auntI think that is really sweet, by getting the goose bumps and the butterflies says you still love him and carry the same feelings as you did when you met him when you were 13. It is a wonderful thing to have, and its a beautiful feeling inside loving someone this much. You have had these feelings for 6 years now, so who knows they may be with you forever. Enjoy the lovely feeling of having butterflies and the goosebumps, and the giggles because its a beautiful thing and i hope its lasts forever.

Take care x
