When she's hanging around with other girls at work and I walk by, they start giggling. It's because of this that I think it may be and wind-up and it's putting me off asking her out. Can anyone help? What do I do?

With this being work-related, can't you arrange a Friday night out with some of your colleagues and include her. That way you save face (she may refuse is she is messing with you) and can test out the waters somewhere outside the office???

Hi,
Caution caution. These situations appear a lot on dearcupid and I believe you should wait. Remember, you have HIGH risk here. If you ask her and get a No, you will feel like an idiot and wonder if all the others are laughing at you. Work situations are not recommended due to all the stuff that goes with relationships coming into the work place. Leave it a while longer, try to talk to her a little bit more, see where she is at and how you feel about her personality, interests etc. If things click and you feel comfortable, just mention coffee sometime and see what the reaction is. Trust me though, the signs may look very good and you may feel confident but, she may only be a teaser!
Be careful and don't get done on a rejection. In a pub or club you can run and hide, at work you will be on show.
best wishes, G.

Ask her out, are you a man or a mouse? I expect they only start giggling because they all know she likes you. If she doesn't like you, then you will know that shes just being a cow and isn't worth it anyway.
Good luck
