 Once a day seems to be fine. Stop masturbating for a couple of days if you feel penis pain or discomfort during or after masturbating. Until then, masturbating! :)

 yes there is such yhing as over masterbating but at once a day you are way below the limit. You should really stop when it begins to hurt you, thats too much.
But 1 time a day is OK
