I thought I live with one of this, but I'm not sure if I just want to force this on me, or it is true.It seems to fall apart but I'm still holding on to it.It is painful process, to find out about this things.Is it worth it to suffer with one person, just to be true to your ideas? Well I do suffer long time ago dear eyeswideopenand cinder20.And yes, that is what I thought, that if we would be for ''each other'' it wouldn't be that way. But I hear it all the time, that love is suffering, and joy.Yet ,I agree, there are people who seem to be very happy in harmony.So I don't know if I think he isn't the love of my life. We have children, and he is good dad. But something is very unhappy in this relationship. And I don't know if I should still believe this. We had a very very powerful love story, but its faded now.. What to think? I don't know ... Is he or is he not?

 no dont believe in this, people can be whatever they want to be to whomever they want to be it, strong emotional connections are hard to break, the longer your in anyones company the stronger they get regardless of looks

 If you are suffering then you certainly are not with the "love of your life" or "soul-mate". I think there are people who are so right for each other that their souls seem to touch and the love they feel for each other is everlasting. However now and again a little rain falls in every relationship. How long have you been unhappy?

of course but you have to make sure its love and not lust its soo easy to confuse the two some times. lust is intense but it only lasts for a short period of time love is when you know the other persons flaws but accept them
