writes:i'm a 15 years old and sometimes i have sex dreams.. i guess its meant to be natural but the problem is a while ago i went on holiday with my family and had to share the bed with my mum. The next day my mum said that i was moving a lot when i was sleeping. so i was having a sex dream that night, I'm pretty embarrassed because i don't know if she knew what i was doing or not, and i don't know either because i was sleeping. Is there a way to stop sex dreams because i can't control what I'm doing and i really don't want anyone in my family seeing me while I'm having one of these dreams.
