writes:Is a first kiss really all that special, are any after that all that special? i mean its just a kiss...your lips only touch for about a few secs and then its over. Caus everyone talks bout your first kiss being amazing and special and magical, but its not is it? Also what does it feel like, wet, soft, tingly, exciting? probably all but nothing magical? this is coming from a girl who hasn't really been kissed on the lips cause i wasn't bothered bout guys, they were stupid and childish...until i met a guy on holiday and we're going out and he is amazing not lie all other guys, but there's not much chance of kissing until he comes over cause he's in England. But i wanna know, is it all that special?

 Omg yes it is,, i cried when my first kiss happened, yu feel loved and special,, and it doesnt have to last just a few seconds :) having yur first kiss is way better than sex haha..

It's pretty much like you see in the films.
Practice on the back of your hand.
You can either go for a little smooch type kiss where you don't really open your mouth, or if you do go for an open mouth kiss then (it's hard to describe) you just be gentle. Don't shove your tongue in there, just do what you feel comfy with.
It really does come naturally so don't worry and just go for it. It's something you have your own style with and everyone is different.
Just do what he's doing is a good rule.

It IS special because it's the one you remember forever. It's the one you tell your friends about when you are in your 30's and all go UUUUUUUUURRRRRRRGH! Because it was scary and you're with a spotty 14 year old who you later find out is an idiot.
But the thing is that all those first times, kisses, hand holds, I love yous, they are such a big part of growing up that they stay with you always and you do feel very much different afterwards.
My first kiss was outside a mental home and was not great but I was still bouncing off the walls when I got home and giggled to myself in my bedroom.
It's magical because it will stay with you forever, and even if it's clumsy and sloppy and you aren't sure what you are meant to be doing, it's still your first kiss.
You will always remember the boy who gave it to you and how it happened so just try and make it a good one.
As for what it feels like, well if you are with a guy who makes you feel funny inside then it's like that first moment when you go into a big drop on a roller coaster. Everything just goes dizzy for a second.
But don't worry, that feeling will still be there with the next guy who makes you feel funny too. The one thing I miss being married is that awkward first kiss moment with each new guy.
