Is she a friend that I can trust?

I work for a small company i am married.In my workplace I have a female who works with me along with 4 other members.The issue is she treats me as a friend but doesnt want to talk to me in office or outside where as she is very close to other Guy who works with us .she always prefer to next to her they sit next two each other and chat for a long time in the name of work , But when asked she says it is just official .Please advice she is a friend whom I can trust???
