 Yes i agree with Karlos, it will be very unlikely as you used disinfectant, and also boiling salt water, so the likellhood that you have contracted something is somewhat slim.

 I should think you're safe, you've used disinfectant, and the virus would initially be one part to a billion (because its not coming straight from the origin source) which is very weak as you realise.

 Its highly unlikely the only way you can catch aids is from swapping bodily fluids, through sex with someone with HIV getting blood in an open wound from sopmeone with HIV, sharing needles with someone who has HIV you cleaned it so i think your pretty safe dont believe everything someone tells you
