reader, anonymous, writes (26 October 2007): I've always wondered when people say "Act your age!" My uncle is 65, and he acts like a kid. I buy him cotton candy and his eyes light up. Then he gives me a pat on the head.
Anyway, as for Ms Grumpy1359, kissing, hugging, and other stuff should be a natural and sometimes mutual desire. If you have to ask this question, it most likely means you are unsure, and when you are unsure, you hesitate on the idea of what you should or shouldn't do.
I say go for feeling. If you feel you want to kiss him, and if you feel that he wants to as well, go for it. However, if you are unsure, regardless of what you think he wants, you should wait it out. Plus, you've only been together for 20 days. Why rush into anything? You still have grade 9, 10, 11, and 12, and post-sec if ever, beyond that.
You think you will ever come back here five years later, ranting about another boy who broke your heart, or about the same boy you're with now, asking what you can do for your 5th anniversary? Still lots of time. ^_^

Your kids! Act your age! 13 years ago you were a fetus!! does that put it in perspective??? One day your hugging, next day your kissing and by the next day you are pregnant with kids!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! You dont know anything about life and you are being influenced by the world that its normal!!! I am 16 and I had a boyfriend since i was twelve. we were young and innocent and we both thought we were old enough to do as we pleased. by the time i was 14 i found out that i was pregnant i didnt know what to do. i hit rock bottom. i managed to conceal it for 7 momths even to him. then one day in english class i started having pains. i was in denial but half an hour later with a baby girl in my arms which had just been delivered by my teacher in front of my entire class i was forced to admit that i had been stupid. my mum fainted when she heard the news. my boyfriend ignored me. so did my friends. i ended up in a psychiatric ward for 11 months. now im 20 with a beautiful daughter but life hasnt been easy. i know this sounds like a horror story and i know you think it will never happen to you. the problem was that i never expected it to happen it to me either.

if you are comfortable then yes kiss him just make sure you tell your mum afterwards otherwise you might forget it even if your not speaking still tell her but if you think its the right time then go for it just make sure its some where nice ~(cinema)~ lol gud luck

reader, anonymous, writes (25 October 2007): You are way too young for any sort of a relationship, sorry but i think you should wait until you two are older. If you were writing and saying you were both 15 i may say, just go for it and have a kiss now, but you are only 13. Certainly do not have sex until you are both over 16 or you are going to be in a lot of trouble. Plus, you should wait until you are older and it will be much better, enjoy being kids and stop trying to be adults too soon. It will come soon enough and it lasts forever!
