I will answer this by presuming what you mean is weather it is possible to ejaculate without orgasm?
For many men, including myself, the simple answer is yes.
When I have sex where i am completely focusing on the womens pleasure and have had little focus and my own arousal etc. when I ejaculate although it feels nice, i wouldnt consider it an orgasm.
However, when my lady friend has slowly worked me up and turnd me on, and with full anticipation etc. when i eventually ejaculate it is accompanied by a wonderful climax and orgasm.
So to answer your question, yes you can come without feeling it.

Is it possible to have an orgasm without knowing it - no. There's no mistaking it.

If you mean, can you ejaculate without feeling it? I have no idea. Best to dress the little man for success: wear the condom when there is a chance of pregnancy--and pregancy is unwanted. It also protects you against many of the little critters and cells and fungi and viruses that want to move into the same playground.

As in nocturnal emissions yes.
Pre ejaculate yes,
a full on ejaculation is more forceful, you would at least feel a muscle contraction not necessarily the orgasm.
Orgasm and ejaculation are two seperate functions of the body
