It seems strange that she's telling you about sexual experiences with her exes after "just a few weeks", but then won't even kiss you after two months. Perhaps she's trying to make you jealous? In which case, it's pretty dumb and she needs to stop it.
It is normal to get aroused from hugging, for both men and women. Especially if it's with someone you have feelings for. So there's nothing to worry about there.
