Girls, I know this sounds like a bit of a dumb question, but is it normal to feel sort of aroused when you do pelvic floor exercises? I don't think I've quite got the hang of them yet as I've only just started, but sometimes I have to stop because the movement kinda turns me on! Should I be worried? Please advise, I'd really appreciate it :)

person12345 agony auntWhat's the point of squeezing your orgasm muscles if it DOESN'T turn you on? Don't you do those exercises for better sex/orgasms? Lots of women can orgasm just from squeezing their muscles in the right way. So no, not abnormal. Not like anyone can see that you're aroused!

chigirl agony auntSure. That can happen, you aren't abnormal. You're just a young person with hormones, totally natural.

So you have an overly active imagination when doing pelvic thrusts. Just push out erotic thoughts and replace them with other non sexual thoughts. The more you work at this technique, the closure you are to being a master over your thoughts and body. Yay!
