Hey there no its not wrong to get butterflies sometimes it can be a good feeling especialy if you really really like some one, but you say hes your mums boyfriends cousin, sweetie how old is he, i dont want to sound harse but if hes too old for you you could be confusing this with just simply a teanage crush if so then what about boys your own age i know you dont want to hear that but your butterflies could be better kept for nice boys in your own age because your mothers boyfriends cousin maybe just being nice to you because after his cousing is with your mum he may also think if hes too old but if he is round about the same age then you go for it call him you have nothing to lose. good luck i hope all goes well x
