Congatulations on your crush asking you out, you must have been thrilled. Ok so he asked you out 3 weeks ago, you have had your first date. So on that basis i would say that he is not your boyfriend yet. That first date was all about getting to know each other better, to see it you are compatible, to see if you get along. The second date will be pretty much the same, but on the third or fouth date you could maybe class him as your boyfriend.
