Is he cheating or just being childish?

I am a grown woman, 29 dating a 22 yr old. I have been dating him for over a year. When I met him, everything was perfect. I had just got out of a 8 yr abusive relationship that was going nowhere. I know the signs of cheating. My boyfriend is very jealous. He got on my computer and erased pictures of my son and his father without my knowledge. I wanted to find out if he was also spying on my cell so I put a lock on it. Sure enough he was. He put a lock on his because I did, so he says. Only thing is, he still keeps his locked four months later, I only locked mine for a weekend. He only locks it when around me. He turns it off at night then checks it in the morning to see if he received any messages. When I asked him to see it he wont let me. He use to let me see his pictures, everything. I even gave him my phone and told him to look through it all he wanted that I had nothing to hide and he still wouldnt let me see his phone. I wanted to check it as I am suspicious now. I have always trusted him and liked that about our relationship. He is about to leave for work and will be in a different state for months at a time and I want to know I can trust him. Could he be cheating or is he just childish?
