Dont worry too much like everyones said some men has more hair on their bodies then others.Perhaps your going through puberty quicker then the rest of your friends hence the reason why you have body hair and others dont in time im sure some of them will catch up with you and have body hair too.

DrPsych agony auntGetting body hair is all part of puberty and your body developing, and you are still growing up - it may not settle down until your 20's. It is really normal and some boys are more hairy than others - its all down to hormones, genetics etc. If you are that bothered about it and you save your cash you can have yourself waxed or lasered in the future, but try not to worry!
