No worries, you are quite healthy.Brown discharge can mean that your period is likely coming on. It is also seen in girls who are relatively thin, or athletic. You're perfectly healthy :)

 Talk to your mum about it, if you havnt started your period it very well may be that.
I understand why you scared about the doctors as its quite embarrassing to go about something like that.
So talk to your mum or a close relative or friend.
