There are really no other symptoms other than feeling it come on & get more intense. It usually lasts 5-20 seconds. This female cumming thing is new, I believe it began in the porn industry with "squirting" but I don't think it is a real thing that happens to women. I believe the ppl. making these porn videos put water in a woman's vagina & have her squirt it out. It's actually kind of stupid if you ask me.
