When you're in love with someone and know they're not in love with you, what do you do then?

I've fallen for her..(we are in a non commited long distance relationship). I fell in love with her over the years of knowing her but I know she is not in love with me and any minute she can find someone else.

There are moments where I think we are in love but scared to admit it... but sometimes her actions don't match it, neither do mines for personal reasons, however she has told me not to fall in love with anyone and I've told her that too but I get so confused at times...

What do I do? Continue what we have? or let it go?
