You have to be happy with yourself no matter what you weigh. It does not matter what people think of you. Don't listen to negative comments, let them slide right off your back, don't let them effect you.

Decide what you want in life, and then go for it. You'll find that all those people who called you names are losers, and that you are the winner.

"Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me."

People will be mean no matter what age you are. You will find that when your older, people are still mean up until they die.

Surround yourself with positive uplifting people, stay away from negative influences.

Stay focused on what you want in life, make good grades, so you can get into a good college! When your older and successful you can laugh all the way to the bank with your "fat" wallet!

And remember, every day, that you are a beautiful woman!

You are not fat! Definitely!

And, you have the most important thing, you're happy. Do you know what? These people that call you fat can see you're happy and they're not, so they're trying to knock you.

Next time they say it, give them a big, encouraging smile and take a look at their faces!

Just block them out otherwise, no matter how hard, if you believe in yourself you'll be able to! Just remind yourself that YOU are the one that is happy with your appearance!

So no matter what happens, stay happy, because that's such a special thing to be. x-x-x

penta agony auntI like duce's advice -- F'em. You're not fat (and if that's all they can come up with, then they're not very bright). These are the kind of idiots who will still pick on you if you're thinner, so don't worry about your weight. If you want to exercise for the health of it, then do that. Just do something that works on your self-confidence (confidence is sexy) and hold your head high.

BTW, when I was your age I was 5'8" and didn't weigh 100 pounds. I was a stick with no curves, and the boys weren't interested. It certainly didn't keep me from being picked on either. F'em.

duce00 agony auntUgghhh I so dislike people attacking other peoples weight issues. Its so dammed pathetic and a total cheap shot. You dont even sound heavy to me. Try not to let this get under your skin. You are still quite young and your body hasnt really settled into adulthood yet. I was chunky untill I was about 16 and I leaned out. Ive also had a couple heavy periods in my life, luckily I can lose it as easily as I gain it. I got greif about it too. My simple advice is F'em. They will probably end up as unhappy adults with weight issues of theyre own. Continue to enjoy your youth!

aww this question i really liked

u see im 12 and ur body structure describes mine. i get called fat all the time. I feeel the same way about the models on tv but u kno wat. there deathy skin and on the edge of physical break down. starving your self can hurt ur body terrible. so many things could happen. ur kidneys could shut down and before u kno it u wont have enough energy to even get out of bed. if people call u fat they obviously dont kno wat bein a desint human being is. if u are happy with ur weight that is all that matters. i mean come kno one is fat to me just thick and beautiful and there is nothing wrong with that. could u imagine wat life would be like if the whole world was made out of twigs? it wouldnt be good FYI. haha trust me if people call u fat jst dont even actknowledge it. to me people that have time to make fun of other people obviousely have no life wat so ever. no body is perfect (thank u hannah montanna) everybody has something that they would like to change about them selves but thats wat makes us human. but starving your self isnt good so promise me (even though u dont kno me) that u wont starve ur self any more. i mean come on lifes to good to worry about little things like that.

best of luck an show those twigs that u mean buisness be the best u can be and and dont let speed bumps slow u down on driving after who u r.
