writes:hey guys am in a real tricky situation... my mum recently found out about my sister's boyfriend whom is a different religion to us... they claim they want to get married and my mum is realllly upset about it... for the last two days she has been crying on my shoulder... the thing is that he is also from abroad and my mum gets the feeling that he is only doing this for a british passport and doesnt really love her... i am stuck in a situation where i am playing the middle man and i hate it...please help how is this situation going to get resolved i hate it and i have exams yet i am being distracted from my education Reply to this Question

reader, anonymous, writes (24 May 2009): I don't think your religion should matter. I am a Christian and I went to my boyfriends bar mitzvah (hes jewish) yesterday. We love each other either way.
